A dedicated team consisting of an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager, assisted by a Credit Controller and Personal Assistant will be assigned to manage all aspects of your property management service requirements

Administration Services
Operation of a bank account
Insurance claims
Maintenance advice & assistance including obtaining quotations
Monthly levy invoicing & statements send out electronically
Assistance with debt collection, Attend to the collection of arrear levies and institute legal action if so instructed
Manage clearance certificates
Assist with staff contracts, salaries and UIF
Assisting and advising the Board of Trustees on meeting procedures
Preparation & circulation of all agendas, minutes, notices and any relevant documentation for meetings.
Keeping of records in accordance with generally accepted practice.

Accounting Services
Preparation of estimated annual income and expenditure budget and levy calculation.
Keeping of books of account in accordance with normal accounting principles.
Monthly un-audited income & expenditure statements.
Arranging the annual audit with the auditor of the Body Corporate for submission at the AGM.
Payment of approved expenses, including salaries and wages
