14. Upon termination of the lease, the tenant is kept liable for all outstanding amounts as agreed in terms of the lease, regardless whether it exceeds the rental deposit or not. 
15. We are strict about the date on which rentals must be paid as it makes a significant difference to the property owner if rental is paid before the interest date of his home loan (usually around the 7th of each month). 
16. Where applicable, Go2Property Management makes sure that our tenants register for municipal services and will assist them with the process. 
17. Go2Property Management also gets proof of payment from the relevant organisation on a regular basis to ensure that our tenant stays up to date with his payments.
